Scientific Content

The Scientific Content of the National Environment Science Camp is literally ‘out of the world’. While the subject matter of the Camp----Exo-biology----- is exceptional, the methodology is also very exciting. The participants will be engrossed in interesting activities (that have an underlying scientific objective) throughout the Camp.

The first day at the Camp initiates the participant into the field of Exo-biology through basic astronomy and spectroscopy. On the second day, when we investigate the origin of life, we shall provide a deeper understanding of Biology and Biochemistry. During the third and fourth day, there will be an extensive Field Work to appreciate the Bio-diversity of the Earth and a collective effort will be undertaken to conserve our beautiful planet.
