Focus
This year at the National Environment Science Camp at Dudhwa National Park,
we are out on an ‘Un-Earthly’ venture to search Life Beyond Earth.
While it is always interesting to read books and watch movies on extra-terrestrial life,
to probe life ‘elsewhere’ like a scientist is far, far more thrilling.
At the National Environment Science Camp, the students become a part of
an exciting mission into the limitless universe in search for the mystery of mysteries:
L-I-F-E (Exo-biology)
An unquenchable thirst has expanded the frontiers of
knowledge beyond the horizon. Ironically,
even as scientists quest for life ‘elsewhere’,
many, many life forms on earth are being threatened
to extinction. Humans haven’t really cared for their own home.
The NEVSC pursues the study of Exobiology tempered with the ancient wisdom.
While investigating alien life, we will make a wide appreciation of
the invaluable bio-diversity on our planet. We shall understand that in
face of wanton human depredation, the flame of life might be tragically extinguished.
We shall not stand helpless; we’ll act, fast and furious.
